Took awhile to arrive but came well packaged wrapped in protective film, item arrived with link removal tool. My skin can only take the rubber watch strap for a while and with past watches (garmin) I got the metal strap at a higher price, all in all the watch and strap is perfect for my busy public transportation day to day life.
