Loving the watch
I’ve been using the Health Gard Pro Watch 3, and I’m genuinely impressed with what it offers, especially for the price. One of the best features is the health tracking. It monitors your heart rate throughout the day and keeps track of the calories you’ve burned, making it easy to stay on top of your fitness goals. The walking and jogging tracker is excellent. When you connect it to the app, it records your route on a map, shows where you’ve been, and logs useful information such as your heart rate during your activity. It’s a great feature if you enjoy walking, running, or simply keeping track of your daily exercise. There are also multiple sports modes, so whether you’re walking, cycling, running, or doing other activities, the watch has a tracker to suit. The touchscreen is responsive and easy to use, making it simple to navigate through the menus. It also includes handy everyday features such as a timer, medicine reminders, and notifications from your phone. One feature I really like is the huge choice of watch faces. There are plenty to choose from, and you can even create your own by using your favourite photos, giving the watch a personal touch. The Bluetooth calling works well too. Once connected to your phone, you can make and receive calls directly from the watch, which is really convenient when you’re on the move. Also, I was experiencing problems with the first watch that I had purchased and I contacted them and they sent me out a replacement after sending over a short video which was great and fantastic because ever since I got this watch I’ve been wearing it

I bought the watch for my husband’s Christmas present. He is very pleased with it and learning about all the different functions. Our son calibrated it for him and it was pretty easy to do. I would recommend this watch which comes at a very competitive price. The battery life is good and it is easy to charge.
